01 General Provisions

Newly registered users will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000; depositing ৳10,000 earns a maximum bonus of ৳8,000, making the total balance ৳18,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A specified wagering requirement must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x (25 times the bonus amount).

5.3 Bonus Terms of Use

  • A user may receive the welcome bonus only once
  • Bonuses cannot be transferred to any third party

06 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

6.2 Bet Acceptance

If any bet is cancelled due to a technical error, network issue, or other unusual circumstance, the amount of that bet will be refunded. In such cases, the decision of dcs333 is final.

6.3 Result Disputes

6.4 Collusion or Match-Fixing Activity

Placing bets in collusion with other players, and using software bots or automation tools, are strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be immediately closed and any related winnings will be forfeited.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dcs333 platform:

  • Operating an account on behalf of a minor
  • Money laundering or illegal financial activity

  • System hacking, use of malware or harmful software
  • Operating an account under a false identity
  • Conducting transactions using a third-party payment account

Involvement in any of the above prohibited activities will result in permanent account closure, possible forfeiture of balance, and legal action if necessary.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

dcs333 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

  • Violation of terms and conditions
  • KYC verification failure or provision of false information
  • Suspicious financial activity
  • Involvement in a security threat or cyberattack
  • Direction from a legal or regulatory authority

8.2 Closure Initiated by the User

If you wish to close your account yourself, contact the support team. You will be given the opportunity to complete any pending withdrawals before the account is closed, provided no active bonus terms are violated.

8.3 Balance of a Suspended Account

If an account is closed due to a violation of the terms and conditions, bonus-related balances may be forfeited. However, whether the original funds deposited legitimately will be returned will be determined after investigation.
